By accessing or using PrepareYourself.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

PrepareYourself.app is an AI-powered preparation platform that helps users generate interview questions, study materials, flashcards, and summaries based on their input content. The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to create customized preparation materials.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Limited to 3 generations per day. Includes TXT export only.

Pro Plan

$9.99/month. Includes unlimited generations and all export formats (TXT, JSON, PDF, DOCX).

Pay-Per-Use

$0.50 per generation. Credits do not expire.

Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content generated by the Service commercially
• Use the Service to generate harmful, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users
• Share your account with others

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you input into the Service (job descriptions, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

Generated Content

AI-generated content is provided for your personal or professional preparation use. You may use, modify, and share generated content for your own purposes. However, bulk redistribution or commercial resale is prohibited.

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by PrepareYourself.app and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You should verify important information independently. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

Changes to Terms
